Proposal link for LIMITED access to Elite Missions.
http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...96#post1387696
However, even though I drafted it and came up with a possible solution that will not adversly effect the game as it is right now. I still have to say.

I agree that elite missions should be made much more readily available to all players of all levels of dedication.

i dont agree with the whole, i paid for the content, therefore we deserve to get everything, but i do agree that the way people are allowed access to these places should be changed.
we should not be forced into HUGE faction farming guilds to gain access. smaller guilds/alliances should have a way to access them as well.
my 2 cents

I don't mind the idea of exclusive areas, to be honest, in fact, I think they're a great idea to encourage competition.
I just differ on the METHOD of accessing exclusive areas.
Skill over time spent and all that.
Access to the elite missions should be based on the high scorers in the challenge missions. You can do the faction thing as well, but there's this great possibility that's just being left on the table.
I don't like things left on the table.

would prefer to see the staged entry fees as suggested elsewhere
(ie free to holders of the town, discount to next town, charge to everyone else)

I also believe this should be based on Skill not time. I also think it should be based on performance in the alliance battles or challenge missions preferably both. It should not be restricted to only one alliance but available to those who acheive a certain threshold of performance like repeated successes or high scores in challenge mission to achieve access for a limited amount of time.

16 pages already. You'd hope ANet gets the clue from this.
Edit: Would it be possible for a mod to sticky this?

Well, the system is already broken and is certainly not working out as "AN" claims to have intended. I maintain my previous signature for these missions to be opened up. If you are going to do something, don't do it half ass. Especially not something like this, which causes so much grief and anger between the player base.

it was interesting!!! much interesting than any mission in the storyline!!!

I cannot understand why anet put so much resource on design such excellent mission for only a little amount of people?
Such interesting mission should be opened to public!!
